A refund is when the credit card owner asks for a refund. Some common reasons we issue refunds are fraud, inability to use the site, etc.
A chargeback is when the credit card owner, instructs the bank to refuse payment on the charge.
You can increase the minimum payout to whatever you like, but we cannot cut checks for less than $50.00.
If you are part of the Affiliate program, your Clickbank stats should give you an up to the minute report of what you are owed.
All payments are made is US dollars.
